- .I was pleased that I could actually schedule a time for my appt. My service advisor (Ben) was available at that time. He said 45 min to look over car - and that's what it took. He explained what needed to be done and offered a rental car for the day. The rental was a huge help. Car was ready when promised. Everyone - from Ben to the Enterprise service (Kathleen I think) to people in the showroom and those who brought my car - were all extremely helpful and polite.

- .Jim Eddy was absolutely terrific, as usual. He always makes us feel like we're his top priority, and leaves no detail regarding the car to chance. He also always follows up very promptly with any additional consultation by phone, and then explains the entire service process upon picking up the car. We are grateful to have him as our service advisor and commend BMW of Sterling for having him on their staff.

I purchased a previously owned BMW from a private owner and I was treated no different from someone who purchased a vehicle at BMW of Sterling.
